Offering 03:25
I got a view through the screen in the back and I can guarantee crystal ball’s gonna give me the facts lucky me lucky me you got a way you can shake up a tree yeah I know it’s right cause I’m the one who’s falling beneath magic light magic light It shouldn’t be (the second hand) that keeps me stuck (in sinking sand) loves comes offering all this is more than I wanted to bear not gonna call it fate reluctantly admit it’s going nowhere getting late its getting late It shouldn’t be (the second hand) It keeps me stuck (in sinking sand) loves comes offering
2.
you’ve been there and back the trace of your shadow’s reaching out beckoning me to far away rooms I’m telling the truth I saw the colors fade I couldn’t lie to you no cold disguise you’re laughing to death with joy in your eyes crisscrossing your knees telling me ‘please, I’m counting to three’ you’ll take the rocky road I wouldn’t lie to you made the monkeys dance there’s hesitation in your glance this afternoon follow me to my far away room you’ll see the colors fade why would I lie to you?
3.
Sour Grapes 03:32
not sure of how the words were said they left a taste like sour grapes all the way back home my face was red I’m tripping over what to say your honesty won’t make me shy for the time I’m getting by smile in the light don’t count the years big gatherings are easy enough if the conversation’s safe leftover nights, I’m stuck in a rut I’m tripping over who I pay your honesty won’t make me shy for a price I’m getting by smile in the light don’t count the years.

Sun 02:38
no matter with the rain comes the dew no greater, oh the view when the sun wakes out of its clouds oh the daybreaks out of the ground no shadow greater then its hue no other than what two lovers do an afternoon sees through to the evening the sphere, wound up our day has spun another side, A new days begun all around the world, see the sun shows its face to me
5.
Bobblehead 03:17
I’ll keep calling you a spade until I prove my religion doesn’t fade it doesn’t move you wanna be let down a strike of lightning hits the ground wondering when you’re gonna leave this fever shakes me like a leaf skipped into a fantasy oh my phone keeps ringing around my neck do you believe your disability’s in check? do you agree? you think you need a cue it’s gonna get the best of you get on your bike again and leave this fever growing like a weed I skipped into a fantasy oh bobblehead it nods along he helps me sing the song bobbleheaded as you please he don’t need no victories yeah he don’t your victories

Another Life 03:54
free up the space between us you roll the dice for your reasons you could open the door wave goodbye and tie the score in another life you were mine it’s in the way you showed up expecting me not to notice you could open the door you say goodbye and tie the score in another life you were mine in another life

about

Twin House bursts open with the band’s first buzz cut, “Offering.” Strangled guitars introduce the song before falling in meticulous line, building tension through chiming guitars meticulously wrapping around a cleverly robotic groove. As the track unfolds, soaring hooks punctuate the verses’ militancy, uniquely evoking the loud/soft dynamics of 1990s alt-rock. Their 2016 debut Twin House was well received drawing local and international critical acclaim.
